Pomodoro

We often put out copies from articles on how to make better use of time, to help achieve that often elusive ‘productivity’ improvement many of us need.

The link (from Flipboard) below will take you to an article about the Pomodora technique. This essentially works around setting blocks of time – normally 25 minutes and trying to get as much done in those sessions before moving on.

The article makes the point you can use the tomato timer (from where the Pomodora name comes) or even the humble kitchen timer or last but not least a Pomodora app on your phone!

As with all self improvement systems, you need to want to do it and you need to stick with it long enough to change your way of working permanently.

But if it works for you, the results could be amazing. Tick tock.
